Using bilyqo
bilyqo provides tools for independent workshops to manage customer and vehicle details, create bills, track payment status and export PDF invoices. You must have authority to act for the workshop and to enter the information you provide.
Your account
Provide accurate account and workshop details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use another person's account without permission or attempt to access another workshop's records.
Your records and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the information you submit. You permit bilyqo and its service providers to process that information as needed to operate the features you use. You are responsible for having permission to collect, store and share customer information.
Check customer details, descriptions, prices, totals and payment status before issuing a bill. Keep your own copies of important records. Marking a bill paid records your update; it does not process or verify a payment.
Billing limitations
bilyqo currently creates service bills and does not calculate GST or provide GST invoice fields. You are responsible for ensuring documents meet the tax, accounting and recordkeeping requirements that apply to your business. The service does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and authorized workshop activities.
- Do not submit fraudulent records, malicious code or information that infringes another person's rights.
- Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service or attempt to retrieve other users' data.
- Use fictional information in the public demo; it is not intended for real customer records.
Availability and third-party services
bilyqo depends on internet access, hosting and authentication providers. Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance, outages or other interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the service will be error-free. Google sign-in is also subject to Google's applicable terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy policy describes how account, workshop and billing information is handled. You are responsible for your own privacy obligations to your customers and for copies of invoices you download or share.
Stopping use and access restrictions
You may stop using bilyqo at any time. Export records you need before deleting bills or requesting account deletion. Access may be restricted to address misuse, security threats or legal requirements. For account assistance or questions about these terms, email support@rentsort.com.
Service limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. bilyqo is not responsible for errors in information you enter or for your business decisions based on that information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as bilyqo changes. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date. Review the terms when deciding whether to continue using the service.
