Information we collect
- Account information, including your login email, account identifier, sign-up and sign-in dates, and authentication information.
- Workshop details you provide: business and owner names, phone number, business email, address and optional tagline.
- Billing records you enter, including customer names and contact details, vehicle details and registration numbers, parts and services, prices, payment status and notes.
- Technical information needed to deliver and secure the service. Our hosting and authentication providers may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares basic account information such as your name, email address, profile image and account identifier to authenticate you. bilyqo does not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Google Drive or your contacts.
You can remove the connection through your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Removing that connection does not automatically delete your bilyqo account or bills.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate you, maintain your workshop profile, save and retrieve bills, generate invoices, and operate and secure bilyqo. The software administrator can view account and workshop details, verification status, sign-in dates and billing activity summaries to manage the service.
Service providers and sharing
bilyqo uses Supabase for account authentication and database storage, Google when you choose Google sign-in, and hosting infrastructure to deliver the application. These providers process information needed for their services. Processing locations depend on the providers and project configuration.
When you download or share an invoice, it contains the workshop and customer information included in that bill. You decide who receives it and are responsible for handling exported copies. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law.
Browser storage
bilyqo stores sign-in session information and appearance preferences in your browser. The public demo stores fictional demo bills locally in your browser, separately from your account. Clearing browser storage removes local demo records and may sign you out; it does not delete saved account bills.
The installed app caches an offline notice. It does not provide offline access to your authenticated billing records.
Retention and your choices
Account and workshop information remains stored while your account is maintained. You can edit your workshop profile, download invoices, and delete individual bills in the dashboard. Deleting a bill does not remove copies you have downloaded or shared; service-provider backups or logs may retain information according to their retention settings.
For account deletion or privacy questions, email support@rentsort.com. There is currently no self-service account deletion control. If you are a customer named on a workshop's invoice, contact that workshop about its use of your information.
Security and customer information
Access to saved bills requires authentication, and database access rules restrict records to their owning account. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in credentials and devices secure and only enter customer information you are authorized to use.
